SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION: CEHN’s 11th Annual Child Health Advocate Award Reception

 The Board and Staff of the Children’s Environmental Health Network (CEHN) invite you to join and consider sponsoring CEHN’s 11th Annual Child Health Advocate Award Reception to be held October 13, 2016 from 5:30-8PM at: Pew Charitable Trusts (901 E Street NW, Washington DC, 20004)

This unique event honors key leaders within the field of children’s environmental health and their tireless efforts to promote safe and healthy environments for all children.

As part of CEHN’s 20th organizational anniversary celebration in 2012, CEHN added a new youth award category to our traditional Award Reception. This special award, named in honor of CEHN’s Executive Director, is called the Nsedu Obot Witherspoon (N.O.W.) Youth Leadership Award. It recognizes young advocates for their exceptional environmental health leadership. Science, Policy, Media, and Child Health Advocate awards have also been awarded at past events.

There are a number of different sponsorship levels, and sponsors will be included in various press and promotional materials in advance of and during the awards reception. Details of sponsorship levels are provided in the sponsorship packet. Your sponsorship dollars will help fund four distinct yet mutually supportive and synergistic CEHN program areas: 1) peer-reviewed science, 2) child-protective policy, 3) best practices in the marketplace, and 4) leadership in child health protection. Work products from each area provide us with tools, data, visibility, and leverage our support progress in the other areas. Together they create significant catalysts for positive change.

If you would like to sponsor this event, please return the Sponsorship Commitment Form by September 30th, along with your contribution to “Children’s Environmental Health Network” and your organization’s logo in high resolution electronic format to Shanita Brown at: ShanitaB@cehn.org. We would also appreciate your consideration of other partner organizations that may be interested in attending and sponsoring this event.
