To register and pay by check:

Write a check for the registration fee ($25 for each registered participant) made out to CEHN/EHCC; indicate the city and state of Train the Trainer workshop, and include the name(s) of the participants covered by the check.

Checks and registration forms must be received by the deadline indicated on the main registration page.

Advance registration is required.

Cancellation Policy:

All registration payments are final and no refunds will be issued for cancelling or non-attendance.
