Computer Retrieval of Information on Scientific Projects (CRISP)

CRISP is a major biomedical database containing information on research ventures supported by the United States Public Health Service (USPHS). Most of this research falls within the broad category of extramural projects: grants, contracts and cooperative agreements conducted primarily by investigators at universities, hospitals and other research institutions. CRISP also contains information on intramural research programs of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The research is conducted by scientists employed by the FDA and the various institutes of the NIH.

Note: CRISP is a subfile of FEDRIP.
