This is the first health examination survey done on a national basis to
obtain
data on the health and nutritional status of the Hispanic population in
the
United States. Just as with the NHANES, data were collected by physical
examination and clinical and laboratory tests and include such
information as
blood lead levels and prevalence of specific conditions. |
