Integrated Risk Information System (IRIS)US Environmental
Protection Agency
| | This
database was developed by the US Environmental Protection Agency in
response to a demand for consistent human health risk information on
chemicals for use in decision-making and regulatory activities. IRIS
contains records for nearly 700 chemicals. In addition to basic
information on chemical and physical properties and toxicity, the
database is a unique resource for human health assessment information,
such as reference doses, carcinogenicity assessments, drinking water
health advisories and US EPA regulatory actions. |
