This is the third in a series of reports on nutrition monitoring in the United States, and is an invaluable resource on the dietary and nutritional status of the US population, as well as on the different surveys and surveillance systems that gather nutritional information. The first volume summarizes information from many sources on food consumption, nutritional status, etc. The second volume abstracts tables from the numerous sources used and provides contact information for the agencies that gathered the data.
